Native Instruments has teamed up with Timbaland’s sample marketplace Beatclub on a run of custom-designed MIDI keyboards, based on NI’s own M32 controllers. “Beatclub wants to support more women in the creative space and Girls Make Beats is playing an important role as a creative support center for girls considering a career in music production,” says Timbaland. The Beatclub Market place is the center of creator empowerment. ![]() The StockX auction goes live on Tuesday, May 4 and runs until May 7. Beatclub has teamed up with StockX for an exclusive charity auction benefiting Girls Make Beats, a non-profit that supports young women aspiring to become music producers, DJs, and audio engineers. However, it’s still possible to get your hands on one, while also contributing to a worthy cause. They’ve been doled out to a select group of Beatclub members like Powers Pleasant, Rance (1500 or Nothin’), Take a Daytrip, PERFXN, and Tainy, who got theirs already. Only 150 of the Beatclub keyboards have been manufactured and they are not for sale anywhere. He states, “Native Instruments keyboards have been an important part of my creative process and I wanted to share a special edition of one of my favorites with Beatclub VIPs.” The company has collaborated with Native Instruments on a custom, ultra limited-edition midi keyboard that drops today-the Beatclub Komplete Kontrol M32 midi controller, complete with Tim’s own molten blue color design. ![]() In the meantime, Tim’s wasting no time getting other music makers excited about being part of his Beatclub.
